Once upon a time I bought a house, got married, had two babies, it all fell apart, I moved on, started again.
Next followed a couple of years when it was just me and my two smalls, and I floated along blissfully with no real plans, happy to just be until I was ready to figure out the future.
(admittedly a lot of wine was consumed during that period)
Then one day I fell in love. I'm talking mad, crazy, can't live without love. The kind you see in movies and think is an absolute crock of shit until it happens to you and you realise it's not a unicorn. It's a thing.
We bonded over a shared passion for music, coffee, wine, sourdough, burgers, blue cheese, food trucks and tacos. So much love for the taco.
I love to make em, he loves to eat em... a match made in heaven, obviously.
And then we made a life together, and this taco life is really good.
It's as good as southern fried chicken tacos with caramalised pineapple and home made garlic sauce (a recipe I'll share with you soon).
So this blog. I take photos, I write, I cook, and I love to share stories. Throw in a taco recipe here and there and I think we'll have something to go on with. Actually that's pretty much how I cook... a bit of this, a bit of that, let's see what happens.
Disclaimer: I don't have a photo of a taco that wasn't taken with my phone in shitty light, so please enjoy this collection I took at a little taco joint in Nashville that we flew what felt like187 hours to try back in 2019 when life was normal but we didn't know it yet.

really nice Pam :) Xx
